Do you or your employees need training in FSE?

The Safety Regulations require that necessary annual training is provided for personnel within the FSE (Regulations on Safety in Work in and Operation of Electrical Installations), and also contain an introduction to first aid in the event of accidents caused by electric current.

The course takes place as games developed by FIDL according to applicable laws, regulations and standards. It is important that, in addition to a theoretical review of first aid, you get practical exercises in CPR (mouth-to-mouth and cardiac compression), and descent from a mast (high-voltage system). We can coordinate the practical part of CPR, if desired.

Target group:

  • Operations Manager (High Voltage Systems)
  • Head of Safety (High Voltage Systems)
  • Conductor for switchgear and switchgear (high voltage system)
  • Operator (low-voltage system)
  • Responsible for the work (low-voltage system)
  • Designers/planners of service and maintenance assignments
  • Executor: Electrical fitters Gr. L, energy fitters, switchboard fitters, electrical installers, Importers and suppliers of electrical equipment
  • Qualified person

Participant prerequisites:

Relevant electrical background, including a trade certificate such as automaticist, electrical fitter Gr. L, electrical installers, energy fitter, switchboard fitter, or a minimum bachelor's degree in electrical subjects.

Learning outcomes:

The participant should be able to account for the knowledge acquired, apply working methods and recognize

  • Roles, responsibilities and authority at the plant
  • and be able to select and use the right protective equipment
  • measurement principles of measuring equipment and risk of mismeasurement; and select and use the equipment based on the nature of the work
  • and account for hazards and act in accordance with the internal control system
  • and apply working methods that apply to work in and operation of low- and high-voltage electrical installations
  • emergencies and the need for decommissioning, and account for rescue principles and emergency equipment
  • and understand the extent of electrical damage, take responsibility, take action, notify and account for consciousness and breathing and the processes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and lateral position

Course content:

  • Use of regulations
  • Organisation and internal control
  • Accidents
  • Risk assessment
  • Protective and safety equipment
  • Gauges
  • Working methods for low voltage
  • High Voltage Working Methods
  • Emergency preparedness and rescue
  • First aid
  •

Practical information:

The course takes place as theoretical training, and should be combined with practical training in CPR and descent from a mast (high-voltage system).

Theoretical training: The theoretical training takes place as a game via app on phone or tablet, and can also be taken on PC and Mac. In addition to the game, you will have access to an interactive compendium where you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the theory. You have access to the course for 12 months from the date of booking.

Practical training: After completing the theoretical part, they set up a practical part for first aid and CPR
